CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of Right to Withdraw from Purchase Agreement:
As a consumer purchasing by online order, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement. You may exercise this right within fourteen days without providing any reasons.
The withdrawal period commences from the day you, or any authorized third party other than the carrier, receive the final item(s) of your order.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to notify us of your decision before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
Upon termination of the contract, we will promptly refund all payments received from you, including shipping charges (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of shipping method other than the most cost-efficient standard delivery offered by us), within fourteen days of receiving the notice of termination. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed; no fee will be charged for this refund under any circumstances. We may withhold the refund until the items are returned to us or until you provide evidence of having shipped the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, and no later than fourteen days from the date you notified us of the termination of the contract. The deadline is considered met if you dispatch the items before the fourteen-day deadline expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any decrease in the value of the items if it results from improper handling that was not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics, and functionality of the items.
Return Procedure:
You have a maximum of 14 days after receiving the shipment to return your order.
